We love the 24-hr reception. The staff were great. They held our room even though we were late. They answered messages right away. When we finally arrived, they kindly escorted us to our room. They helped us figure out how to get to Fusina the day we checked out. They arranged everything. They also escorted to the Ponte Minch to catch our water taxi. We also loved the unit very much. Very comfortable. Very clean.
Had everything we needed. Great Wifi. My only comment is that the AC units were not allowed to get colder than 20 degrees centigrades, which to me, is too warm. But other than the AC, we loved everything about our experience, and we are very grateful to the staff. Overall, amazing experience.

Professioneller und eingespielter Service. Die Ferienwohnung war groß und umfangreich ausgestattet. Auch eine Spül- oder Waschmaschine sowie klimatisierte Räume waren Standard. Die steilen Treppen in den zweiten Stock sind für ältere oder eingeschränkte Personen nicht empfehlenswert.

Formidable, accueil souriant, en Français avec une disponibilité et un accompagnement jusqu à notre logement. Des conseils de visite, de restaurant..
Logement idéalement placé, propre avec toutes les commodités ( lave vaisselle et machine à laver en prime..).
Mise à disposition de café, thé. sucre...
Un séjour à Venise rendu encore plus beau par cet accueil et cet hébergement....

La estancia en general ha sido una experiencia maravillosa. Lastima que se haya empañado por unos indeseables que me quitaron toda mi documentacion, dinero y tarjetas de credito.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement calme, idéalement situé, très agréable, et dans lequel nous avons tous très bien dormi. Le personnel de l'hôtel a été très sympathique et disponible. Tout cela a contribué à faire de ces quelques jours un adorable voyage !

L'accueil, la prise en charge à notre arrivé et notre départ, la possibilité de gardiennage de nos bagages avant l'entrée et après restitution de l'appartement, c'est top.
L'amabilité du personnel de l’hôtel, très attentif à notre bien-être.
Tout ça a bien participer à notre séjour inoubliable à Venise.

Nous avons été accueilli en français par un personnel très sympathique. L’appartement est en tout. Identique aux photos, et même plus grand que ce que nous pensions. La localisation est idéale.
Nous avons juste eu un problème avec la douche qui ne fonctionnait pas et n’avons utilisé que la baignoire de ce fait. On nous a proposé de nous changer d’appartement, mais c’est celui que nous avions choisi et nous y sommes restés.
